AGM & SCIENTIFIC SYMPOSIUM

The AHCDC Annual General Meeting and Scientific Symposium is a cornerstone academic event for the AHCDC members.

• Call for Abstracts!
  
  The AHCDC 2025 AGM and Scientific Symposium will take place May 2-3, 2026, in Toronto, Ontario.Once again, we are including abstract presentations, both oral and posters. We have two main categories for abstract submission: Research and Interesting Clinical Cases.
  • The top four (4) abstracts in each category will be selected for an oral presentation (15 minutes)
  • Other excellent abstracts will be selected for a rapid-fire poster presentation (60 seconds)
  • There will also be an opportunity to showcase selected posters in a visible area of the venue.
  • We are also excited to announce that we will have awards for the best abstracts and the best abstract presented by a trainee.

  Abstract Submission Guidelines:
  • 300-500 words, usual WFH format
  • Please indicate on the form if you only wish to present your abstract as a poster
  • Please indicate on the form which category you are applying for: Research OR Interesting Clinical Case
  • Please provide a cover page (separate from the body of the abstract) which includes title, authors and affiliations
  • For the abstract page itself, please include title of the abstract at the top of the page only (no authors or affiliations on the abstract page)

THSNA SUMMIT

The Thrombosis and Hemostasis Societies of North America (THSNA) is a collaboration of the 13 leading non-profit organizations in the fields of Thrombosis and Hemostasis. The Summit provides a focused forum for over 1,000 attendees with an interest in bleeding and clotting disorders to network, learn, and share across disciplines and disease states.
