CBDR

The Canadian Bleeding Disorders Registry (CBDR) is a clinical database for patients in Canada with bleeding disorders. Originally launched on July 1, 2015, the system is currently being introduced in to Canadian Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) in a phased manner. CBDR is designed to be used on a daily basis by clinicians in all Canadian HTCs to assist in managing the treatment of people with bleeding disorders and to gain a better understanding of the incidence and prevalence of bleeding disorders. This information will also be used to understand demand for, and to facilitate ordering of, clotting factor products.
