Board of Directors - Membership & Nominating Committee

The Membership and Nominating Committee is responsible for overseeing all matters related to membership and member status within the organization. This includes reviewing and evaluating new membership applications, maintaining accurate records of emeritus and deceased members, and ensuring that membership data is kept current.

The Committee provides regular updates to the Board and presents relevant membership information at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

It also reviews member status on an ongoing basis and supports the Board in making informed decisions regarding membership roles, 
categories, and nominations.
