The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance, management, and strategic direction of the organization.

  1. Managing the property, business, and affairs of the organization
  2. Approving and overseeing membership applications and annual membership reviews
  3. Establishing policies, rules, and governance structures
  4. Authorizing expenditures and overseeing financial decisions
  5. Supporting fundraising and securing grants, donations, and partnerships
  6. Appointing committees, agents, and staff as needed
  7. Ensuring proper record-keeping, compliance, and organizational operations
