2009-2010 ahcdc executive committee meeting schedule
The following is the schedule for upcoming meetings of the Executive Committee. Except when otherwise indicated, all meetings will be held by telephone conference, and begin at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The scheduled length of the meetings will be an hour and a half. However, at times your schedule may change and adjustments will be made for any dates at where a quorum is not available.

2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
May 28 & 29, 2010
The following is an update of the 2010 AHCDC Annual General Meeting will be taking place in St. John's Newfoundland, commencing Friday May 28, and Saturday May 29, at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland.
The AHCDC 2010 Educational Symposium will take place on Friday May 28 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and will continue on Saturday May 29 from 9:00AM to 12:00PM.
AHCDC will hold their Board and Executive Business Meetings from !:00PM to approximately 4:30PM for AHCDC Members only.
The Symposium Dinner will be held Friday Evening May 28 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland
The Agenda for the AHCDC 2010 AGM will be following as soon as it is available.
The 2010 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association of Hemophilia Clinic Directors of Canada will take place in St. John’s, Newfoundland, May 28 and 29 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland. Please keep those dates free.
There is a possibility that there will be a working dinner meeting on Friday 28 May 2010.
We anticipate that travel and up to 3 nights of lodging expenses for all AHCDC members will be covered by the AHCDC. We request all members to get best available flight rates.
Detailed information will follow in early 2010. If you have any items you wish to add to the agenda, please let us know.
