The 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association of Hemophilia Clinic Directors of Canada will take place in Toronto, ON, May 25 and 26 2012 at Le Meridian King Edward, 37 King Street East, Toronto, ON, M5C 1E9, telephone: 416-863-9700. There will be an AHCDC Members' Business working Dinner meeting Friday evening, May 25, 2012. The AHCDC 2012 Educational Symposium will take place on Saturday May 26, 2012 followed by the AHCDC Saturday Evening Symposium Dinner. Please note that there will be no AHCDC meetings held on Sunday May 27 2012. As in the past, travel and up to 2 nights of lodging expenses for all AHCDC members will be covered by the AHCDC. We request all members to get lowest possible flight rates. The amount we will reimburse will be based on lowest airfare, booked at least a month in advance. AHCDC will sponsor attendance for a maximum of 2 members per clinic. We remind you to review the Association's Travel Policy. Detailed information will follow in early 2012. If you have any items you wish to include in the agenda, please let us know. We look forward to your participation.

2011-2012 AHCDC Executive Committee Meeting Schedule
The following is the schedule for upcoming meetings of the Executive Committee. Except when otherwise indicated, all meetings will be held by telephone conference, and begin at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The scheduled length of the meetings will be an hour and a half. However, at times your schedule may change and adjustments will be made for any dates at where a quorum is not available.
